Virtual Life

 Ahhh...what a day I had yesterday. It was a little like this:

A girl starts spilling in the chat to another boy: Do I know you? We were in the same class last year! Yeah, yeah! Wait...you don’t remember me?

Another innocent child trying to complete her work (me obviously) says: Can you erm...be quiet? This isn’t the time to talk...

The girl: Rachel it is ALWAYS THE TIME

Rachel: Uhmmmm...ok??

The girl: Also Rachel, you are too unfun for MY taste. You need to stop being boring, it’s bad for your health

Rachel (in head): ....This kid doesn’t even know me....I just wanna get my work done....is that a problem??

Rachel: Thanks for your advice 

The girl: Your welcome also if you want my autograph you can have it since I’m so awesome I know

I am NOT joking about the last part! What would you respond in this virtual heat of action? Yeah...sadly, I can’t say her name because of blog rules. Anyway, if you guys are doing virtual zoom/Microsoft teams meetings, watch out for jerks in the chat. Be careful what you say around jerks too. Also, this mean girl might read this post but.....Eh, whatever! Have a good rest of your school week, Friday is near!

Flipped is probably one of the best books or movies I have ever watched/read.  When they meet in second grade, Juli Baker instantly  falls  in love with her neighbor, Bryce Loski. Bryce, however, does not feel the spark. From that day forward, he tries hard to avoid Juli and keep her unpredictable-ness away. After six years, she begins to feel that she was wrong about him being the love of her life and looks beneath the surface. Unfortunately, that is just about the time that Bryce begins to think he was wrong about Juli, too.  Book:  It might be a romance, but it is a really cute book about how both of them see beneath the surface. It has a really good story even if it is a little mushy. I would give it 5 stars! Movie: I love the movie as well and I love how the director really alternated the point of view just like the author did in the book. The movie contains less details, but it is much more visual and it is as amazing as the book.

Link, Watch Out!

Hey peeps! I am back again! Anyway, my awesome friend, Leo, likes Legend of Zelda. So, I looked up what the main character, Link, looked like and I drew him. When Leo saw this he said it looked cool and I am hoping you think so too! Oh, and one more thing. If you're wondering why Blue Box (I think that's what they are called) is saying, "Watch out!" then it is because Leo sent me a video of a song on YouTube. I will not post the link, but the song is called Watch Out.  Thanks for checking out my art!  Let me know if you like Legend of Zelda and I will draw more art based on it.

Hey again, peeps! Today I drew my first OC (In case you don't know, that is an "original character"). I am especially proud of this piece of work, it is an improvement from what I usually draw. Here is her "profile." Age: 11 Hobbies: Stargazing, playing in the snow Food & drinks: Mushrooms and tea Personality: Curious, adventurous  Aura is 11 years old and she lives in a cold climate. She is always curious and loves snowflakes. When Aura is not frolicking in the snow, she is in the forest. She likes to eat mushrooms and drink tea. When it’s not snowing, she observes the night sky and records the stars she sees.
